This treatment is pain free and non-invasive. You may feel tingling or muscles contracting like Kegel exercises, however, the strength can be controlled to the client's tolerability

How many sessions are needed and how long is each session?
Each session is 30 minutes long. Generally, you would need 6 sessions which is considered a full treatment plan, but at your consultation, we will go over everything
When will I see / feel results?
In general, patients can feel a benefit from the first treatment, however, this may vary depending on your age and physical condition. Positive results typically continue to improve over the three weeks of treatment, and usually for the following 6 weeks

No, it is not covered by OHIP. However, you may be able to claim it under some Health Spending Accounts.
